Email is the fastest way to reach us. For editorial feedback, factual corrections, project information, or coverage requests, write to carbon@impt.io. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and answer substantive notes within five.

For booking & retirement support

If you have a question about a specific retirement against your hotel booking — for example, you want to look up your credit serial, you have a question about the project, or your confirmation email is missing the retirement reference — contact IMPT customer support at support@impt.io. They have direct access to the retirement queue and can resolve booking-level queries faster than the editorial inbox can.

For project developers

We are always open to new methodologies that meet our standards (Verra or Gold Standard listing, removal-track preferred, queryable registry retirement). If you operate a project that would fit our held-inventory rotation, send a brief at carbon@impt.io covering project ID, methodology, vintage, registry, current available volume, indicative pricing, and audit history.

For corporate buyers

If you run a corporate travel programme and want to integrate IMPT's per-booking retirement into your Scope 3 hospitality reporting, email enterprise@impt.io. We can provide aggregate retirement reports against booking-cluster IDs, integrate with your sustainability reporting tooling, and export retirement records in formats compatible with the major corporate-carbon platforms.

For media

Press queries to press@impt.io. We respond to all qualifying media requests, including critical ones — particularly critical ones, because we'd rather correct the record fast than read it wrong later.

IMPT is registered in Ireland. The corporate address is on the main impt.io site under the legal section. The carbon team is distributed across Dublin, Cape Town, Toronto, and Singapore.
